What role will you play?

As Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead a team of engineers and business analysts in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining UAM platforms and infrastructure. You will promote SRE best practices, adopt observability tools, and automate to reduce toil.

You will collaborate with other engineering leaders to explore innovative solutions ensuring security, reliability, and performance of our identity and access management platforms. You will also participate in incident management, team activities, and process improvements.

What you offer
  • Strong programming and problem-solving skills, preferably in Java
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as Splunk
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, and Atlassian products including Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira
  • Critical thinking skills and experience supporting mission-critical systems
  • Practical experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
  • Understanding of Agile development, release management, and production support
  • Ability to work effectively in a team within a changing environment, transforming capabilities while maintaining service quality
  • Excellent communication skills for working with global teams
