**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience crafting excellence in a senior bar role within a premium or high-end cocktail venue
- Deep knowledge and genuine passion for the art of cocktail making
- Current NSW RSA Certificate and understanding of responsible service at every level
- Availability to work evening service hours: Monday to Thursday 5PM-12AM, Friday to Saturday 5PM-1AM
