  • Operational Efficiency
    • Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of each bar area.
    • Ensure team members complete their duties effectively and productively.
    • Monitor glassware and bar accessories levels and perform weekly stock takes.
  • People Management
    • Maintain a safe, fun, and suitable work environment.
    • Enforce RSA rules actively.
    • Complete necessary bar-related administration tasks.
    • Aid in recruitment and training.
  • Training and Development
    • Attend Hilton training courses or participate in online learning.
    • Aid in the training and buddy system for new employees.
    • Develop and update the bar-specific training manual.
    • Create and implement a training plan to improve service standards.
  • Profitability and Growth
    • Help maintain the profitability of bar operations.
    • Analyse all margins and cost prices.
