Job Description:

Digital Marketing Automation Architect

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Architect to lead the development and design of our marketing automation platforms and tools. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions and drive customer journeys across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and assurance to projects
  • Be seen as a trusted technical authority and advisor to clients
  • Develop detailed effort estimates and costed proposals for new work requests
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Facilitate workshops and client meetings to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Serve as an escalation point for in-flight project or support challenges
  • Contribute to the development of our marketing orchestration practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing orchestration as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead
  • At least 5 years of Adobe Campaign Classic hands-on experience
  • Additional experience with other marketing orchestration tools is a plus
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript, SQL, and web technologies
  • Experience working with SOAP & Rest APIs and database architecture
