Disability Support Professional

We're dedicated to creating a positive impact in our communities by providing essential support services for individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily routines, personal care, meals, and housekeeping tasks
  • Organize recreational activities and supervise homework
  • Administer medication according to established protocols
  • Provide safe transportation to appointments and programs
  • Maintain open communication with families and facilitate contact visits
  • Accurately document all interactions and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience as a Disability Support Worker or related field
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
  • A valid NDIS Worker Check is mandatory
  • Current certification in Manual Handling is required
  • Current certification in Medication Administration is highly desirable
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary
