Graduate Mining Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain practical experience in mineral extraction within the Operations team.
  • Conduct geological surveys and data analysis to assess mine site feasibility.
  • Support mine design and planning with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Identify and manage operational risks on site.
  • Collaborate on improvement projects enhancing performance and reliability.
  • Participate in capital works and shutdown projects, developing leadership skills and supervising small teams.
About You:
  • Hold or be near completion of a Bachelor of Mining Engineering or related field.
  • Be willing to work in team environments and collaborate with diverse colleagues.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, data analysis abilities, and adaptability.
  • Display resilience and a positive attitude toward new challenges.
  • Be open to relocating for site rotations.
