Job Title: Security and Emergency Management Professional

At Shell Australia, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security and Emergency Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our Midstream Operations group, you will be responsible for delivering robust security and emergency response capabilities across our assets in Gladstone, Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security risk management, emergency services, or a related field, with experience in LNG or similar regulated industries. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of security and emergency response services, providing expert technical advice, and maintaining operational plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) with MSIC and Queensland Security License
  • Diploma in Security Risk Management and Public Safety (Emergency Management), or similar
  • Qualified in ICS and AIIMS incident management systems
  • Extensive experience in LNG or similar regulated industries
  • Operational experience in emergency services, or military, at a senior non-commissioned level or equivalent
