We are seeking an experienced Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and commercially viable designs that meet margin targets and enhance our brand's offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who is passionate about creating well-rounded ranges that cater to diverse customer preferences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design roles, particularly in casual/denim, with a proven track record of building successful product lines. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to articulate key trends, and demonstrate the ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product ranges aligned with our brand vision, option plans, price points, and target margins.
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Planning and Buying teams to ensure range balance across core, seasonal, and seasonal products.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to convey design concepts and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present detailed design briefs, seasonal ranges, and creative concepts.
  • Highlight key trends, product innovations, and design rationale.
Requirements
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in casual/denim.
  • Proven ability to build successful product lines, considering core, seasonal, and seasonal product lines.
  • Ability to align design with commercial objectives and brand strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement.
