We are seeking a creative and innovative designer to lead the development of timeless, design-led, inspirational, and sustainable apparel & accessories collections that captivate our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with planning and sustainability teams to conceptualize, drive, and deliver 2 beautiful commercial seasonal collections per annum in line with our brand's vision and inspiration.
  • Compiling mood boards, sketches, color palettes, fabrications, and trend forecasting to inform design decisions.
  • Utilizing software to sketch garments accurately, depicting product details and specifications before handover to the production team.
  • In partnership with the production team, overseeing the development process, including management of critical path timelines, maintenance of product data within our PLM (WFX), and support for fitting samples.
  • Embracing new technology into the design workflow, sharing knowledge and expertise with the broader team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluating and refining the design process to improve productivity and quality.
  • Nurturing relationships with suppliers and external partners.
  • Fostering a collaborative, supportive, and creative team culture that encourages innovation and growth.
What We're Looking For

You have a deep love for fashion and a solutions-focused mindset. You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of garment construction, sustainable fabrications, and circular design.

You excel at operating with high organization, speed, attention to detail, and time management skills in line with our design calendar. You're tech-savvy, embracing and immersing yourself in new technology, and proficient in Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or related field (desired).
  • Experience utilizing design software, including 3D design (desired) and Adobe Suite, to create high-quality CADs and tech packs.
  • Extensive knowledge of garment construction, fabrications, and trims.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, time, and quality management skills with the ability to work seamlessly under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively within the team, across functions, and with supply partners.
  • Capacity to collaborate and work together as one team.
  • Experience using WFX (desired) or similar PLM (essential).
