Job Title: Panel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Panel Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our panel workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Engage with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Assist with staff issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Order parts and supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and manage invoices to ensure accurate billing and prompt payment.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and workshops effectively to maximize productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a Panel shop with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
