We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in modern and traditional Japanese cuisine, with a passion for exceptional service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities- Design menus that showcase Japanese flavours and seasonal ingredients, working closely with our Executive Chef.
- Oversee food and labour costs, manage kitchen orders, and ensure efficient stock takes.
- Maintain the highest standards of dish prep and presentation, upholding cleanliness and sanitation measures.
- Cook dishes to an exceptional standard, ensuring every plate meets our high expectations.
- Develop and train a passionate kitchen team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- At least 3 years in a high-volume role, plus a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Punctual, honest, and committed qualities are essential.
- Thrive in a collaborative setting and have knowledge of rostering and behind-the-scenes essentials.
- Familiar with both modern and traditional techniques, showcasing authentic flavours.
- Engage with guests, handle a busy open kitchen, and maintain a polished appearance.
- Ready to work nights, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.
