We are seeking a seasoned claims professional to spearhead the development of a comprehensive claims assessment and review process for multiple general insurance products.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with internal and external consultants to establish best practice claims departments, driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective claims assessment and review processes across multiple general insurance products.
- Collaborate with internal and external consultants to establish best practice claims departments.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our organization through strategic project management and process improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you should possess extensive general insurance claims experience, preferably in property claims. Additionally, you should have demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and process improvement, along with strong stakeholder management skills.
