We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Health Information Services, driving excellence in every aspect. As National Health Information and Patient Services Manager, you'll oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
- Oversee critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
- Coordinate the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
- Ensure information release requests and medical transcriptions are accurate and timely.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree in Health Science/Business (Health Administration - Health Information Management) and eligibility for HIMAA membership.
- Experience: Proven experience in health information management, clinical coding (ICD, AR-DRGs), clinical information systems, forms design, and auditing.
- Leadership: A strong track record of leading teams, driving quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with IT and clinical teams.
