Operations Manager Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational functions of a retail environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing outcomes for retailers, stakeholders, and the community
  • Providing leadership to the property operations team
  • Managing day-to-day operational issues, contractors, safety, and compliance

The ideal candidate will have strong facilities management/operations management experience in Retail or Property Operations. You will also have a sound understanding of Building Codes, Australian Standards, Essential Services Authority, and Statutory requirements, including WHS legislation.
