About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our retail operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Team:
  • Create and manage a roster to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered;
  • Work with the Store Leadership team to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities;
  • Complete time and attendance activities for team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy;
  • Order consumables for stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within budget;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of leadership and team management;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A valid full Australian driver's license;
