Senior Retail Operations Manager Opportunity

A high-profile chance to lead a team of industry experts and oversee the day-to-day operations of a retail asset located on the Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop annual budgets, conduct financial audits, manage tenant arrears, accounts payable, and provide regular financial reporting.
  • Obtain and review tenants' monthly sales data and update market averages.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to develop strategies for tenant retention and new leases.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Centre Marketing: Design and implement effective digital and social media marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience as a Centre Manager or equivalent role.
  • High level of financial expertise and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
