About the Role

Transit Systems NSW is seeking a skilled Network Optimization Manager to lead our bus network strategy and optimize our transportation services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our services and making strategic decisions to drive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of route changes and network scheduling projects
  • Manage regular reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate updates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including TfNSW and local governments
  • Conduct comprehensive service reviews using the Hastus System to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced skills in managing complex network, scheduling, and efficiency projects
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
