About the Role

We are seeking experienced and entry-level Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team at Kirinari Community Services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities, including domestic and personal care assistance
  • Assist customers to access and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current Driver's Licence and Smart Phone
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
