  • We are seeking skilled sales professionals to join our customer service team at a brand new retail store located at Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre.
  • Your primary objective will be to provide personalized service to each customer, helping them design an unforgettable luxury travel experience with us.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as being personable, approachable and professional in their demeanor.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, either in person, over the phone or via digital channels.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while providing efficient and professional service.
  • Offer expert advice on various services, packages and pricing options to customers.
  • Suggest tailored solutions that meet the needs of both the business and our valued customers.
  • Provide full package upgrade options to our members.
  • Promptly follow up on all customer sales inquiries and take ownership of resolving any issues.
  • Display initiative in finding innovative solutions and engaging with the team.
  • Address customer complaints efficiently and refer complex cases to relevant departments for timely resolution.
