We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Travel Agent at our luxury travel company.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Handle customer sales inquiries in a prompt, competent and professional manner.
  • Offer solutions that meet the needs of the business and customer.
  • Provide full package upgrade options to customers.
  • Ensure daily follow up on customer sales inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. tourism, hospitality)
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
