Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven retailer to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral part in driving sales and operational excellence in our store.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for streetwear and sneaker culture, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.

You will work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment, being self-motivated and able to meet/exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will have demonstrated customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Management team in driving sales and operational excellence
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable shopping experience
  • Work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Meet/exceed sales targets
  • Use feedback constructively and demonstrate customer service experience
