Job Title: Negotiator & Vehicle Expert

We are seeking a detail-focused and proactive administrator to join our team.

  • This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration. You will play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting colleagues to deliver great outcomes for customers.
  • You will prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations, liaise with dealers to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes.
  • You will support colleagues to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and meet key performance indicators around turnaround times.
  • You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks.
  • Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle accessories.
  • A positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
