**Job Title:** Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to studio teams, ensuring the proper functioning of their workstations, network, and server infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first line PC and Macbook support; troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals via ticketing queues, email, and direct correspondence;
  • Install and maintain applications and current operating systems;
  • Complete and assist global IT Operation teams with infrastructure maintenance;
  • Install and deploy technical hardware including PCs, Macbooks, iOS devices, printers, mobiles, and VoIP phones;
  • Manage and maintain virtualized servers and infrastructure;
  • Automate tasks and identify process improvements;
  • Document and prepare FAQs for studio staff and IT teams;
  • Manage the inventory of IT equipment and licenses;
  • Manage the inventory of mobile devices;
  • Send and receive equipment to/from other studios and remote employees;
  • Install and update mobile games and operating systems on various mobile devices;
  • Liaise with global teams on behalf of the studio for support;
  • Assist the Local IT Manager where required.

**Requirements:

• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure;

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure;

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

• Proficiency in multiple software applications and hardware platforms;

• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing technologies;

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;

• Ability to document and communicate technical information effectively;

• Strong organizational and time management skills;

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field.
