Job Title:

Project Coordinator Specialist

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging role in project management? We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of major infrastructure programs.

  • Governance & Process Support – Guide projects through established governance frameworks, systems, and processes.
  • Project Planning – Contribute to the development of detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Manage the flow of information across teams and stakeholders through meetings and written updates.
  • Meeting Coordination – Organise, attend, and occasionally chair progress meetings; document and follow up on key actions.
  • Change Control – Oversee the change management process to ensure scope alignment.
  • Project Reporting – Collate data and produce structured monthly reports for Program Controls and Leadership.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience – 2–5 years in project or construction management, ideally in infrastructure.
  • Professional Qualifications – Degree in construction, engineering, project management, architecture, IT, or equivalent.
  • Lifecycle Knowledge – Understanding of the full project lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with project management tools, techniques, and reporting systems.
  • Client-Focused – Experience working in client-facing roles.
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication, with confidence in presenting.
