About this Job

We have an opening for a Field Service Supervisor. This role involves working with a variety of equipment across John Deere and Vermeer Construction and Forestry Machinery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, engage in phone conversations to give advice and solicit feedback from customers
  • Manage daily workflow, ensure adherence to company procedures
  • Assign tasks to Field Service Technicians, address employee concerns or issues, schedule training sessions
  • Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with the Parts department as needed
  • Address customer disputes, work closely with the Service Manager
  • Complete warranty and WIP requirements, review repair work before releasing it to customers

You Will Bring:

  • Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Experience with engine overhauls, major repairs, electrical, hydraulic, and diagnostic skills
  • Supervisory/management experience, ability to lead, mentor, and develop your team
  • Current and valid driver's licence
  • Mature attitude, logical approach to work
  • Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses (desired)
