About the Role

This opportunity arises for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our busy Sydney office, working within our Commonwealth Government team. The team handles a broad range of matters for clients, primarily in Public Law litigation, including employee compensation, military compensation & veterans' entitlements, and disability insurance access and planning under the NDIS.

Working under the guidance of a distinguished Partner, this role involves day-to-day conduct of litigated matters in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, requiring attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
