About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with our customers through anticipating their needs and providing win-win solutions.



Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Actively pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining our current customer base.
  • Leading the sales effort for the full line of new and used John Deere Construction Equipment in your area of responsibility.
  • Maintaining a focus on company profit margins.
  • Developing knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
  • Attending applicable sales training events and seminars.
  • Staying informed on competitor activity within the region.


About You:



We are looking for an individual with:




  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the construction equipment industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM, and sales software systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to seek sales opportunities.
  • Professional presentation.
