Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

This role is designed to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across a defined specialty area of clinical pharmacy and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in the provision of specialist clinical knowledge and skills, and will work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive pharmacy service across all operational hours.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services for patients across The Sutherland Hospital and affiliated services.
- Collaborate with Team Leader and Lead Pharmacist positions to ensure comprehensive pharmacy service delivery.
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Proven experience in clinical pharmacy practice, particularly in the area of Antimicrobial Stewardship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
