GSI Sector Director

The Global Head of GSI Alliances role involves leading business development and partnership strategies with Global System Integrators (GSIs) in the technology sector. This includes owning and driving partner strategy, forecasting, bookings, and revenues for a company.
- Driving GSI partner strategy, forecast, bookings, and revenues.
- Leading a team towards accelerated revenue growth with GSIs.
- Building strategic relationships with partners at executive levels.
- Guiding product management to product marketing and scaling through global sales organizations.
This entails working closely with GSI partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations to make a company their trusted partner to deliver open-source solutions at scale for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Owning strategy, sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions with all GSI partners.
- Promoting GSI-related activities.
- Experience in alliance and indirect sales management roles.
- Experience in the GSI sector.
- Deep commercial experience encompassing revenue and margins.
- Proven leadership and presentation skills.
- Insight into open source, Ubuntu, and competition opportunities.
- Track record of data-driven decision-making.
- An autonomous, disciplined, hands-on mentality.
