About the Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to oversee and coordinate construction activities across assigned disciplines. This role is key to ensuring project objectives are met while providing essential support for all construction functions.

The successful applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in delivering civil infrastructure projects, particularly for state authorities.
  • A strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) legislation, and ability to produce safe work method statements (SWMS) and integrated training programs (ITPs).
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Suite, scheduling tools, and Viewpoint.
  • A solid knowledge of quality systems, contract management, and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and claims preparation.
