We are seeking an experienced Motion Design Director to lead our motion team and drive creative excellence.

This is a 6-month parental leave contract opportunity that requires your expertise in broadcast or sport stadium environments.

You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs, and delivering results for clients across various sectors.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in video, motion, or post-production, with advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage KOJO's motion offering, ensuring high-quality and consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Act as a key creative leader within the department, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful stadium content, broadcast design, and motion projects.
  • Foster a high-performing, values-led creative culture, supporting team members and promoting commercial awareness.

About You:

  • Creative leadership and team management experience, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
  • Deep experience across the full production pipeline – from concept development through to post-production and final delivery.
