Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished creative leader to spearhead our motion design team.

This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring the delivery of standout work that drives results across various industries.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in broadcast and sport stadium environments, with a strong track record of producing high-quality outputs under pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the motion design team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop impactful stadium content, broadcast designs, and motion projects.
  • Working across 2D and 3D motion design projects to ensure high-quality standards and project deadlines are met.
  • Fostering a values-led creative culture and driving creative excellence.
  • Managing and guiding the creative development process from briefing to delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Creative leadership and team management experience.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D.
  • Deep experience across the full production pipeline.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality creative outputs under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic approach to resourcing, workflows, and timelines.
  • Experience delivering work across stadiums graphics, broadcast packages, and socials.
