We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Lines Underwriter to join our team.
As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for underwriting financial lines insurance products and providing exceptional service to our brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite a portfolio of financial lines insurance products, including Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber liability, and combined Prof Ind/GL.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and develop new brokers.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of underwriting strategies and processes.
- Mentor and train junior underwriters.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
3+ years' experience as a financial lines underwriter or broker in general insurance.
Strong technical underwriting skills and a deep understanding of financial lines products.
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
