Job Opportunity

We have an exciting role available for a Senior Supervisor to work in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

This permanent position offers the chance to build a long-term career with a global company and access OEM training.

You will work as part of a team driving the reliability and availability of mobile equipment across the region, while maintaining an impeccable safety record.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and supervision of projects, shutdowns, planned maintenance and day-to-day activities
  • Providing customer service and dealing with requests for service assistance
  • Supervision of onsite shuts/projects/annual leave and workshop supervision
  • Supporting and coordinating tooling, parts and consumables
  • Implementing job package assembly and ensuring pre-work checks are completed
  • Developing strategic plans to improve performance, equipment reliability and lower maintenance costs

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A relevant trade qualification in Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic
  • Previous experience in a Supervisory Role with operational staff
  • Working knowledge of planning and scheduling
  • Demonstrated background experience with mobile equipment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A focus on safety and adherence to site processes
