Mobile Equipment Service Technician Role

This challenging role involves the mobile servicing of customer forklifts and other lifting equipment, requiring a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will have a trade background in automotive mechanics, with experience working on various types of machinery and equipment. They must be able to travel regularly to customer sites, performing planned maintenance, new machine builds, and modifications as required.

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks on forklifts and other lifting equipment, including inspections and repairs
  • Build and modify new machines to meet customer requirements
  • Travel to customer sites to perform services and repairs

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in automotive mechanics
  • Experience working on forklifts and other lifting equipment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers
  • Reliability and punctuality
