Job Title: Program Director Governance and Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our Governance and Assurance team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team providing high-level support to senior executives and program managers. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing governance documents, conducting analysis, and providing advice to inform program decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a small team in providing program management, planning, reporting, governance, and assurance activities
  • Prepare and review high-level documentation, analysis, and advice
  • Work closely with leadership teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
  • Facilitate strategic activities and engage with internal stakeholders

Requirements and Skills

  • Ability to drive high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic stakeholder management skills
  • Analysis and investigative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in managing quality assurance

  • Proven ability to make sensitive and complex decisions using professional judgment

Desirable Skills

A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field would be an advantage. Experience working in or managing projects or programs, preferably using Agile methodology, is also desirable.

  • Pass psychometric testing as part of the recruitment process
