About the Role
Anglicare Southern Queensland's Home & Community service provides valuable support and assistance to our older population, allowing them to remain in their own homes. Our offices require an Administration Officer on a full-time six-month contract to provide administration support.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer who has excellent time management and organisational skills. Experience within a service industry will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administration support to our team
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize Microsoft Suite to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Ensure compliance with Anglicare's policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
