Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Record and follow up on customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Understand the company's products and services to answer customer inquiries accurately, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and policies, ensuring a high level of knowledge and expertise.
  • Report on customer feedback and insights to senior management, informing business decisions and driving growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • A customer-oriented approach to problem-solving, prioritising customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Good understanding of the property industry, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Able to work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
