Job Title: Military Tactical Combat Casualty Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced combat medic to develop and coordinate tactical combat casualty care training courses. This role offers an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity for ongoing employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive course content, including tactical combat casualty care (TCCC), to meet the needs of military personnel.
  • Coordinate and engage with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a military corps medic, EMT, or nurse is essential for this role.
  • A current medical registration or license to practice is required.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in field operations is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Paramedics, EMTs, and Nurses with prior military experience in specialist medical roles are highly preferred.
  • Strong background in training course system design and implementation is a significant advantage.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable.
  • Prior operational experience in combat medical environments is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training in combat and non-combat medical courses is essential.
  • Ability to demonstrate clinical currency through continuous professional development.
  • Effective verbal and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
