Medical Professional Sought for Toowoomba Hospital
We are seeking a specialist Locum Physician or Neurologist to provide medical services at Toowoomba Hospital.
The successful candidate will have experience in hyperacute stroke management and be able to attend to daily ward rounds, conduct emergency consultations, and support a registrar and intern.
- Attend daily ward rounds in the stroke unit to care for stroke-related patients.
- Conduct emergency hyperacute stroke consultations to satellite hospitals.
The locum physician will work Monday to Friday with on-call requirements. The ideal candidate will have current specialist registration with AHPRA and be able to provide references and documents as required.
Requirements:
- A current signed and dated CV is essential.
- A copy of current AHPRA registration is mandatory.
- Two references no more than 12 months old are required.
- Certified copies of Drivers Licence and passport must be provided.
Accommodation and Travel:
- Accommodation is available during the period of this placement.
