About the Role
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead policy and strategy reform for children's services. This pivotal role will focus on co-designing a system of best practice early childhood supports that intersect with non-scheme supports, aligning the Agency's existing early childhood approach with the Government's Early Years Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, the successful candidate will contribute to decision making across the organisation, driving a culture of high performance, delivery, and innovation within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. They will lead policy and strategy reform that improves outcomes for children with disability and those with substantial developmental delay in the NDIS.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a trusted and respected visionary leader, known for their energy, commitment, and respect for diverse views. They will excel in delivering transformation and results in complex policy settings, bringing strategic insight and hands-on expertise to advance the NDIA's mission. A proven background in executive roles within the public sector or aligned contexts is essential.

You possess proven skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and resource management, and are an effective and emotionally intelligent communicator.
