Programmed's Property Services department is seeking a hands-on Gardening Team Leader to join our Northwest Melbourne team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team and providing overall upkeep and maintenance of landscaped works by mulching, pruning, shaping, weeding, and edging as required.

Reporting line: Project Manager

Benefits

  • $65,000 - $80,000 per annum

  • Ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and support to the team
  • Ensuring sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard

About You

To succeed, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.

You will need a qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening, and landscaping.

A current driver's license, working with children check (preferable), and white card are also required.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace and execute work that meets high standards.

A strong commitment to quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems is essential.
