About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated professional to join our Gold Coast team as a Warehouse Operations Leader.

  • Direct and support warehouse staff during daily operations
  • Coordinate production schedules, shift handovers and establish clear expectations
  • Assist with operating cutting and bending machinery for steel bar products
  • E nsure safety procedures and quality standards are followed
  • Oversee loading, transport, and stock movement
  • Report and resolve issues promptly (downtime, quality, or stock)
  • Support the training and development of operators in SOPs and safety practices

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar warehouse or operations role
  • Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards and compliance
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, WMS)
