Print Equipment Specialist

Our company requires a skilled Print Operator to operate and maintain digital and large-format printing equipment. This is an hourly paid role under the EBA; applicants must have full working rights in Australia, be able to commute to Derrimut.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital and/or Large Format printing machines, setting up and calibrating printers based on job specifications and order requirements, monitoring print quality, performing routine maintenance, working closely with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines, troubleshooting minor technical issues, maintaining accurate records of job runs, materials, and machine usage, supporting finishing tasks as needed, following safety and quality assurance protocols at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Operating knowledge of digital and large-format printing equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive individual
- Knowledge of Lean principals and manufacturing industry experience
