Digital Content Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality, user-centered content that aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain a multi-channel content strategy that incorporates user research and testing.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, concise, and accessible content.
- Ensure all content meets readability standards, WCAG accessibility requirements, and is optimised for digital channels.
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital content management, or content design in a government or complex organisational setting.
- Understanding of the Digital Service Standard, Australian Government Style Manual, and WCAG.
- Ability to analyse and restructure content to improve clarity, usability, and engagement.
- Experience collaborating in agile, multidisciplinary teams and working with stakeholders on content projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
