We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with allied health professionals to deliver holistic and integrated supports to individuals with complex behaviour support needs.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised plans to meet the unique needs of customers
  • Provide clinical knowledge and expertise to individuals, families, and support staff
  • Manage complex case loads and build positive working relationships with stakeholders

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core capability or higher (Proficient/Advanced/Specialist)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Disability, or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering supports to individuals with complex behaviour support needs
