Job Opportunity: Lead Consultant in Information Management

This role involves acting as a key member of a skilled team that delivers large and complex projects. As an experienced Information Manager, you will develop and implement Project Information Management processes by understanding project requirements, upholding standards and driving process improvement initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the project set-up, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, managing access and security for data, and liaising with clients. You will also provide training to the broader team on information management practices, lead document controllers, and act as the point of contact for any information management queries.

In addition, you will drive new initiatives, foster long-lasting relationships, and coach the team while promoting a culture of excellence. On a technical level, you will have experience managing digital information, developing project-specific Information Management Frameworks, and driving compliance and process improvement initiatives for major projects or similar.

The ideal candidate will be technically skilled across Information Management systems like ProjectWise, SharePoint, BIM360, Approval Workflow and Document codification, and exposure to Azure Active Directory will be beneficial.
