Blast Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver best practice blast engineering solutions and support for mining and quarrying blasting operations.
The successful candidate will provide technical consultancy services in blast design, support, and MHF Operations, ensuring the implementation of quality documents, such as Mining and Quarry Management Plans, Blasting Methodologies, and Blasting Management Plans.
About This OpportunityThis role requires a strong understanding of survey techniques, vibration and air overpressure monitoring, and blast design. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering innovative engineering solutions that meet customer design objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver blast engineering solutions and support for mining and quarrying blasting operations.
- Develop and implement quality documents related to blast engineering.
- Provide technical consultancy services in blast design and support.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A tertiary education in a Mining related degree or equivalent.
- A Qualified Shot firer license.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role in the mining and/or quarrying industry.
