Technician - Field Service Job Summary

This is a full-time position based out of our Toowoomba branch in Queensland. As a skilled technician, you will diagnose and complete repairs to engines at the customer's site.

This role is part of the mechanical field service team, working across various market segments including Automotive, Mining, Industrial and Agriculture.

You will play a key role in ensuring:

  • Customer satisfaction through courteous and professional engagement
  • Prompt and efficient attention to customer needs
  • The application of specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance activities on engine and related components in the field
  • Escalating unresolved issues to more experienced technicians and/or supervisors
  • Completing required documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets and quality documents

Requirements

  • An apprentice-trained engine technician (Cert III) or equivalent qualification
  • Basic level of workshop or field service experience
