Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced asset management professional to join our team as a visionary leader who can shape the strategic direction and optimize performance across recreational, cultural, and entertainment facilities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, diverse asset portfolios, delivering projects on time and within budget, and fostering continuous improvement cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and long-term renewal programs;
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists and asset management professionals;
  • Oversee major project delivery from planning through to completion;
  • Manage critical contracts and drive operational efficiencies;
  • Implement data-driven systems and spatial technology integration;
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and corporate risk frameworks; and
  • Prepare strategic reports and documentation for senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Senior leadership experience managing complex, diverse asset portfolios;
  • Demonstrated success implementing ISO55000 compliant asset management frameworks;
  • Strong track record delivering projects on time and within budget;
  • Experience managing asset data teams and integrating spatial systems with asset management platforms; and
  • Proven ability leading technical teams and fostering continuous improvement cultures.
